Janna Hendrika van Doorn [Anja] was born in Noordwijk Binnen [Netherlands] on the 21st day of July 1960. Sadly, she passed away on the 28th July 2008 in Yorkshire [England], just one week after her 48th birthday, due to a brief but difficult 4-month battle with lung cancer.

A memorial service was never held for Anja as requested by her before her death, but if we had done so, this would have been my eulogy to my most beloved wife.
